Beausejour’s Outback Raceway will be closed for this week due to local area flooding.

Due to a Noah’s Ark type situation, Moto Park X will be closed until further notice. Once all animals have quietly exited the ark, the facility will re-open and normal mx activities will resume.

Vintage Motocross Manitoba is holding a vintage race on Sunday, July 5th at the Lillies Track in Teulon, Manitoba. Bikes must be air cooled and have drum brakes. 1985 and older water cooled bikes can run but may be protested.
NON-VINTAGE races for Novice ladies under 16, and over 16, as well as Advanced ladies and pit/play bikes will be held.  Sign in until 9am Sunday, practice 9am and racing starts at 10am.
Camping Satuday night is free. Race entry is $20.00 for as many classes as you can do.

A big congrats to all our MB riders who braved some mud and ruts out there on Sunday at Round 4 of the CMRC National in Morden MB!!

Overall finishes in MX1 were Ryan Millar(11th), Adam Pfeiffer(15th) and Aaron Wiebe(25th).
Overall finishes in MX2 were Aaron Pfrimmer(15th), Jeremy Breemersch(24th), Josh Pfrimmer(25th), Tyler Bergen(28th), Marcus Giesbrecht(31st) and Dylan Wiebe(32nd).

The race that was scheduled to take place on June 27th in Morden was cancelled due to the track being flooded.  It was supposed to be part of the CMRC National weekend, therefore it will not be re-scheduled.

July 5th was incorrectly posted on our schedule as a rain date. It is not, in fact, a rain date as the Western Canadian Amateur National takes place in Raymond, AB from July 1-4 and that would be a tough drive to make it back for the 5th!!

The Headingley Sport Shop Fall Series will start on July 12th in Grunthal, MB.  See you there!!

As we are well into our race season…there are still many riders that are not supporting the correct numbers and corresponding colors on their bikes…this also includes almost all of the ATV beginners.

This is required for many reasons, some of which include:

- It’s a CMRC rule requirement.

- To allow proper identification of the rider in case of an emergency.

- To facilitate lap counting.

We typically turn an eye to lots of this, but it seems to be the same riders taking advantage of the system. Effective on May 31st, 2009 at Altona’s Moto Park X…our staff will be enforcing the number plate rules.

If you need some nice numbers or graphic kits, you can visit many of our sponsors for this…or you can simply find the correct colored duct tape.
